Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. Please make sure you read the provided product information on all listings. Please note, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size/length combination is chosen, within each product listing. We WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices.
If a fault occurs, please contact me and I will do my best to sort out the problem. I may ask you to take photos of the fault or ask for more information regarding the issue. Each issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Combine Orders
We know that a Restock can be a tad stressful, we want to make your shopping experience as carefree as possible 💖
If you would like to COMBINE ORDERS your orders, please send us an email (no DMs please) as soon as you order with all order #'s. Just keep in mind that we will only be able to combine orders that have not been processed and/or packed to be shipped.
Failure to contact us will result in paying for shipping on all your orders. Postage refunds will not be issued to those who do not get in contact with us via email.
Postage
All purchases will be sent at Australia Post parcel rates (Domestic Shipping $7.95 & Express Shipping $10.35).
Once your order has been packaged and posted, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and dispatched. You can track you package through Australia Post website.
Express shipping upgrades can be purchased at checkout. This only makes the postage express and does not fast-track your order to the top of the fulfilment list.
All purchases over $100 receive a free upgrade to Express Shipping.
Local Pick up
Local pick up is available for all Armidale, NSW purchases. At check select the 'Pick Up' tab (not shipping).
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected with instructions on where to pick up your order.
Care instructions:
• Do not wear polymer clay earrings while applying perfume, make-up, deodorant or hairspray.
• Do not shower or swim wearing polymer clay earrings.
• Take care not to drop polymer clay earrings, as they may break like any other clay or glass object.
• To clean polymer clay earrings, wipe with a piece of soft fabric or wet wipe.
• Avoid using any solvents or commercial jewellery cleaning machines as they may damage the polymer clay layer.
• When not in use, store polymer clay jewellery in a box or a separate compartment. Sharp objects can scratch its surface.
What are the earrings made of?
All earrings are handmade in Armidale, NSW by Madeleine Hunt out of polymer clay. The earring posts are hypoallergenic surgical steel or plated gold, perfect for sensitive ears. Jump rings and hardware may tarnish over time.
